In 1988, Clint and his family immigrated to Canada from South Africa. He has spent nearly three decades helping Canadian businesses navigate the complex world of group health benefits. After running his family’s financial planning practice during college as well as spending three years with Manulife on their life and living benefits team, he made a transition.
Fifteen years ago, he used his expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to establish Theys Benefits. As a licensed brokerage throughout Canada, he focuses on creating custom, affordable benefits packages to protect his clients, employees and their families.
Beyond managing policies, Clint is a firm believer in building long-term relationships founded on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.
A devoted family man, he is guided by the same principles of care at home as he is professionally. When he is not serving his clients, he can often be found relaxing on the golf course, working on his swing.
